Ali is the Group CEO of Aqua Cool Limited and Walji Travel Bureau Limited. He oversees multiple businesses in the manufacture and distribution of bottled drinking water, coffee and tea vending solutions, and travel management. He holds degrees in political science and entrepreneurial management from McMaster University in Canada and the European Business School in London, respectively. Ali is committed to creating, maintaining, and growing various manufacturing and service companies, and increasing international affiliations and partnerships that result in high-quality products and services. He is passionate about nurturing, empowering, and retaining a high-quality workforce in the East African region, and is driven to make Baraka a leader in creating opportunities and fostering professional growth across the region.

Ali is an experienced Senior Tax Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. He holds a Master of Science degree in Tax Law from SUNY Old Westbury and is skilled in tax, financial advisory, accounting, and financial planning. Ali is committed to ensuring Baraka operates according to best financial practices, supporting the sustainability of our mission to deliver growth for investors and upliftment for local East African communities.

Sh. Bilal is a spiritual advisor and faith-based community leader with a seminary education, as well as a strong background in business operations and information technology. He is skilled in organizational development, focusing on growth through best-practice policies, accurate reporting, procedural documentation, and new business development. He is also a long-standing Managing Director of the Zahra Trust, a registered American nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by humanitarian crises, poverty, and famine. As Baraka’s Head of Social Welfare, Sh. Bilal plays a vital role in ensuring we uplift local East African communities so they share equally in the prosperity our organization strives to foster.
